Love your gluten-free life!
This website and blog are intended to help individuals who are newly diagnosed with gluten intolerance or celiac disease live a gluten-free lifestyle with gusto. We realize that newly diagnosed individuals are probably feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information on gluten-free living available from the internet and many additional sources. We can relate to that feeling since we were both diagnosed with gluten intolerance as adults and had to learn a lot on our own, mostly by trial and error. We want to save others time and effort by doing some of the hard work of sifting through the content on gluten-free living for them.
As content curators* for gluten-free living, we are committed to continually finding, grouping, organizing and sharing the best and most relevant information. At the same time, we hope to contribute to the gluten-free community’s knowledge base by creating our own content, drawing from our personal experiences and professional training. *Content Curators are a new category of workers whose job is to find and to share the best and most relevant information on a subject for others to consume. To learn more, we recommend starting with Rohit Bhargava’s writings.
